Who is Dawn Fowler?

My goal as a full time real estate professional is to offer superior service on an individual basis in order to develop a loyal client base. I want my clients not only to consider me their personal real estate agent, but also have the confidence to refer me to their friends, relatives, neighbors, and business associates. This is the one aspect of being a real estate professional that has not changed for me in over 25 years of service in North and South Carolina.


I concentrate my efforts in the areas of North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Longs, Little River and of course, Loris. I also have an extensive referral and relocation system in place to put you in touch with the best real estate professional to serve your needs anywhere in the United States. 


The real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, you need a professional that understands the industry and is positioned to stay ahead of the game.


Over twenty years of experience with rentals puts me in a position to offer expert advice in the specialized area of investment real estate. I strive to provide exceptional service to owners and tenants alike.  I use my best efforts to secure tenants that have been screened and qualified, collect the rent and disperse the same at a designated time each month and keep a detailed accounting of rents collected and expenses that have been deducted.


When the property is vacant I will do property checks to see that it is secure.  When the property is occupied, I will do inspections at least once per quarter during the first year with a new tenant.   As the landlord of record in your stead all tenant request or complaints will be filtered through me.  


I pride myself on providing excellent service and cutting edge marketing.  As an experienced real estate professional in my community, I am dedicated to providing the finest service available while breaking new ground.


Some of the extended services I offer include making sure my sellers know how their property compares to others in the local market; by doing a market analysis on your property I can keep you informed on how to stay competitive.  I am also a SC Notary and I am happy to help my clients with notary services when needed.  I also want to mention that I am married to one of the most important people to involve in a real estate transaction, that is the home inspector.  The results of an inspection can protect both buyers and sellers should there be a problem that no one is aware of.  My husband, Stewart Fowler, is a builder and home inspector with more than 25 years experience.
